PD mentioned that you popped in. I told him how tenacious and professional you've been throughout the entire process. I'll also reiterate to him on Saturday that this sale has only been made possible due to the service you offer, and that the finance specialist he recommended to me was not able to neither assist nor seem willing to bother.
